1. Service Overview

  • Redskit provides done-for-you cold email outreach systems, including domain setup, inbox warming, Instantly configuration, lead sourcing, and email campaign strategy.

    By purchasing our services, you authorize Redskit to set up accounts, domains, and tools on your behalf, based on the details you provide.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old

  • A business owner or authorized representative

  • Using the service for lawful business outreach purposes

We do not support outreach for illegal, unethical, or spam-related industries.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required before we begin any work.

  • All sales are final unless we are unable to deliver the promised deliverables.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed work, domain purchases, or third-party tool fees.

If you are unsatisfied with a specific aspect of the service, we offer up to 1 revision round (in the Pro plan) and 2 rounds (in the Enterprise plan) within the first 7–14 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when requested (brand name, ICP, preferences, etc.)

  • Respond in a timely manner to speed up delivery

  • Use the email outreach system legally and ethically

You are solely responsible for how you use the system after setup.

5. Intellectual Property

All content we create for you (email copy, sequences, setup instructions) is yours after delivery. However:

  • Our internal tools, templates, and strategies remain Redskit's intellectual property.

  • You may not resell our process or reshare training material without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Redskit is not liable for:

  • Any loss of business, revenue, or legal penalties arising from your outreach practices

  • Issues caused by third-party tools (e.g., email platform bugs, domain registrar delays)

We guarantee a system that is built for performance, but we cannot guarantee outcomes like replies or conversions — that depends on the offer, market, and product.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone violating these terms

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time (with updated date shown above)
